Manufactured in 1937. The barrel features a hooded blade ramp front sight, a rear sight dovetail filler block, Lyman receiver peep sight, and standard Winchester markings including "219 ZIPPER" on the left side at the breech. .219 Zipper is the most sought after caliber for this rifle due to its rarity. A Winchester factory oval proof is stamped on the barrel and receiver at the breech. Left side of receiver has added holes with filler screws installed.
