Features a "N" marked winged blade front and "S" marked flip peep rear sights, "8-43" dated Inland barrel, "P-I" marked Type I slide, "A.I." blued flat top bolt, milled Inland trigger housing, smooth button safety, "W-I" Type III magazine catch, "RI" sear, and "HI" marked Type III "dog leg" hammer. Fitted with a high-wood oiled walnut stock marked "IO on the interior, featuring a folding wire metal butt with leather cheek rest and cast buttplate, "fat boy" walnut pistol grip marked "IO" and "crossed cannons" on the bottom, and topped off with an "IO" marked two rivet deep groove handguard. Includes a web M1A1 Carbine drop-leg jump case for paratroopers, web sling, and oiler.
