This is a scarce Holland & Holland, elephant leather covered double rifle takedown case. Black oak & black elephant leather takedown case with Holland & Holland trade label on the interior lid lined in green felt. The case contains a set of snap caps marked Holland & Holland, a set of oilers marked Holland & Holland, horn handled chamber brush with two attachments, and a two-piece cleaning rod in its own matching leather pouch. Included is the key inside a matching leather pouch. The lid is marked with the initials "MLB" in the silver oval. The case appears to fit two double rifles with maximum barrel lengths of 24 inches. The case is protected by a canvas cover with leather straps, marked on the lid M.L.B/.375HH & .500HH.

Excellent, showing very little wear and smooth surfaces. The latches are in good order.
