The included factory letter lists this revolver in .45 Colt with a 6.5 inch barrel, Patridge blade front sight, blue finish, and checkered walnut grips when shipped to Harvan Sporting Goods Co. in New York, New York on November 10, 1954. Matching serial numbers are stamped on the barrel, cylinder, right grip panel, and butt. Includes original S&W maroon box with "COLT" hand marked on the label and bottom containing a cleaning rod, bore brushes and screwdriver.

Excellent, retaining 98% original finish, some light handling marks slight muzzle wear and a light cylinder drag line. Grips are very fine with some dings and scratches and overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Box is fine.
