Manufactured from 1902-1909 with this outstanding example having a factory documented rare 6 inch barrel. Standard barrel lengths for this model were 3 inches and 3 1/2 inches. The included factory letter (copy) states the revolver was shipped on January 26, 1906 and delivered to Montgomery Wards Co. of Chicago, Illinois, with a 6 inch barrel, nickel finish, and checkered black hard rubber grips. Matching serial numbers appear on the butt, right grip panel, cylinder, barrel, and barrel latch. The period pebble faux leather bound case is fitted to the revolver and contains an empty cartridge block.
