Bore Condition: The bore is darkened and has patches of pitting.
Description:

This model was introduced after the final defeat and abdication of Napoleon Bonaparte and the return of King Louis XVIII to power in 1815. The pistol features a smoothbore barrel marked with "13ELON/I00" at the breech, "MRE. ROYALE/DE VERSAILLES." marked lock, brass mounts, and the king's coat of arms on the pommel.

Rating Definition:

Fine with gray and brown patina on the lock and barrel along with light oxidation and pitting, attractively aged patina on the brass mounts, and generally minor overall wear. The stock is very good and has a few faint hairline cracks and mild scratches and dings. Mechanically fine.
