Manufactured in 1971. Features a stepped barrel without iron sight provisions with a spray of engraving on either side of the chamber. The receiver is also floral scroll engraved with elk and pronghorn game scenes. Mounted atop the receiver is a Leupold 4x12 VariX IIc scope. The trigger guard and magazine floor plate are floral scroll engraved with buck and bear game scenes. The engraving work is signed "F. Marechal" under the elk and pronghorn scenes for FN Engraver Francoise Marechal. The triggerguard is singed with the initials "FM" likely for the previously mentioned Marechal. The floorplate is signed "AM" likely for FN Engraver Alfonse Marechal. The trigger is plated in gold. Mounted in a floral carved walnut pistol grip stock with contrasting forend and grip caps, Monte Carlo cheekpiece, and Browning buttplate. Includes a correct model box numbered to another gun.

Very fine, retaining 97% plus original blue and French grey finishes with some light handling marks, some small patches of surface spotting, and oxidation in the engraving on the scope rings. Stock is very fine with a crack at the crossbolt overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Optics clear, reticle crisp. Box is very good.
