Bore Condition: The bore is excellent and is shiny with sharp rifling.
Description:

The included factory letter lists this revolver as chambered in .45 ACP with 5 1/2 inch barrel, fixed sights, blue finish, butt swivel, and checkered walnut grips when shipped to Marshall Field Co. in Chicago, Illinois on March 4, 1941, one of the last pre-war shipments of this model. Matching serial numbers are stamped on the butt, cylinder, and barrel.

Rating Definition:

Excellent overall, retaining 98% original blue finish with some scattered handling marks, a light cylinder drag line, and overall crisp grip checkering. Mechanically excellent.
