Description:

This wonderful bronze depicts the greatest symbol of the United States, the bald eagle, as it swoops away from a successful hunt. The eagle is depicted with its full wingspan on display and a fish clutched in its talons. The work is signed "JAMES/SEARS" on the water. The bronze measures 16x2x33 inches. Included with the statue is a wooden table measuring 22x34x41 1/2 inches.

Rating Definition:

Excellent with some minor storage and handling marks and an attractive patina. Table is very fine with a few minor dings and scratches.
