Description:

This rare hardcover French book was edited by J. Leroy Fils and published in 1903. As noted inside, only 25 copies were printed, 2 on China and 23 on Japan. It features details on the famous Manufacture d'Armes de Versailles and Directeur-Artiste Boutet in 64 pages of text and includes 16 plates, 6 in color. Many of the existing copies are contained with in institutional libraries such as the Smithsonian. The book measures 14 5/8 inches tall by 11 inches wide and 7/8 inch thick.
