Manufactured in 1925 with blued steel barrels featuring a single bead sight on the matted concave solid rib which is marked "PARKER BROS. MAKERS. MERIDEN. CT. U.S.A. VULCAN. STEEL", chambers measured 2 5/8 inch with single extractor, and choke constrictions of .025/.031 inches. The barrels are mated to a casehardened boxlock action which displays the standard Grade V zig-zag border engraving and features double triggers and an automatic tang mounted safety. The gun is fitted with a nicely figured and multi-point checkered splinter forend and a pistol grip stock with Parker grip cap, blank silver inscription shield, and Parker dog's head buttplate. The above configuration is confirmed on page 534 of "Parker Gun Identification & Serialization" by Price and Fjestad. Stock measurements: 1 11/16 inch drop at comb; 2 3/4 inch drop at heel; 14 3/8 inch length of pull; weight 7 lbs. 8 oz.

Very fine, retaining 98% original blue and 80% bright case colored finishes with light handling evidence, some thinning at the lower tang, a few scratches, and sharp checkering on the wood. Mechanically excellent.
