Manufactured in 1955/56. It has standard S&W markings, orange insert front sight, adjustable square notch rear sight, un-numbered checkered target grips and matching serial numbers on the butt, ejector shroud and cylinder. Includes a S&W .44 Magnum case.

Excellent. The revolver retains 95% plus original blue finish showing light muzzle wear, a moderate cylinder drag line and some minor small handling marks. 98% original case colors remain on the hammer and trigger. The grips are excellent with sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The case is fine showing some minor handling/storage marks and some moderate high edge wear on the lining.
