Description:

The successor to the STEN Gun of World War II fame, the Sterling was essentially the peak of "tube gun" weapon design, and would serve as one of Great Britain's go-to close combat weapons through the Cold War and beyond. This example was commercially produced by Interport, Incorporated. Blade front and two-leaf rear sights, with the address and serial number on the lower left side of the ventilated tube, faint Sterling markings on the magazine well, right handed three position "A R S" selector switch, checkered grip, and an underfolding stock. Included with the lot are nine extra magazines, a modern soft case, and two photocopied manuals.

Rating Definition:

Excellent, with 98% factory applied textured black finish, showing some light wear and handling marks overall. The grip is very good, with some light scuffs. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.
