Built with blued steel barrels featuring a beaded blade front sight and dual folding leaf rear sights on the matted flat solid rib, "AUG. LEBEAU" and "FABt A LIEGE" signed on the right and left tubes respectively, correct Liege proof marks on and ahead of the flats dating to before 1959, chambers with a single extractor, and rib extension third fastener. The barrels are fitted to the casehardened boxlock action which displays attractive scroll engraving surrounding "AUG. LEBEAU FABt/LIEGE" signatures on either side before continuing onto the triggerguard, both tangs, and the toplever. The rifle features bushed firing pins, double triggers (front is single set), and a tang mounted automatic safety with gold inlaid "S" indicator. The rifle is fitted with a nicely figured and multi-point checkered forend with engraved fitting and a highly figured pistol grip stock with a horn grip cap, raised cheekpiece, rear sling swivel, blank inscription oval, and a Jostam recoil pad.
