Built with blued steel barrels featuring a single bead sight on the matted flat solid rib, standard markings, 2023 dated Italian proof marks, light engraving at the upper breech, interchangeable choke (cylinder/improved cylinder installed), and 3 inch chambers with automatic ejectors. The barrels are fitted to the casehardened sideplated boxlock action which displays beautiful full coverage floral scroll engraving surrounding "CAESAR/GUERINI" on either side and "MAXUM" on the underside. The triggerplate is signed "Bottega C. Giovanelli" for the famous firm. The gun features a single trigger and a tang mounted manual safety/selector. The gun is fitted with a beautifully figured and multi-point checkered forend with engraved iron as well as a round knob semi-pistol grip stock with serrated wood buttplate. Includes a factory takedown case, original shipping box, and three extra chokes (modified. improved modified, and full). Stock measurements: 1 7/16 inch drop at comb; 2 1/4 inch drop at heel; 14 13/16 inch length of pull; slight cast-off; weight 7 lbs. 5 oz.

Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and casehardened finishes with minor handling evidence and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. Mechanically excellent. The shipping box is very good.
