Manufactured in 1958. The rifle features a blued barrel with blade front and adjustable disk rear sights, standard factory markings, and a gold trigger. The coin finished action displays standard Grade III engraving depicting a setter flushing a hide of pheasants on the left, setter with hare in mouth on top, and setter flushing three mallards on the right side. The rifle is fitted with a beautifully figured multi-point skip-line checkered forend as well as a pistol grip stock with blued steel buttplate. Includes a highly desirable Browning Tolex luggage style takedown case, which were produced for only a few years before the switch to the more common Naugahyde cases.
