Each gun in the set is built with blued steel chopperlump barrels featuring a single bead sight which is marked with a gold "1" or "2" at the base, "AUGUSTE FRANCOTTE" and "BREVETE LIEGE" on the right and left tubes respectively, 1964 dated Liege proof marks, choke constrictions of .016/.023 inches, and 2 1/2 inch chambers with automatic ejectors. The barrels are fitted to the casehardened hand detachable sidelock actions which display near full coverage classic English style bouquet and scroll engraving, "ED. CASCIANO/ARMI/ROMA" retailer mark on the trigger guard, and a gold "1" or "2" on the toplever. The guns feature bushed firing pins, gold centerlined cocking indicators, dual triggers, right hand rolled trigger guards, and a tang mounted automatic safety with gold inlaid "SAFE" indicator. The guns are fitted with beautifully figured and multi-point checkered splinter forends with engraved irons and a gold "1" or "2" on the Anson button as well as straight hand stocks with tear drop carved drop points, "AJ" in the gold inscription ovals, and brown rubber recoil pads.
