Manufactured in 1906. Replacement fixed blade front sight with a gold tip and modified adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sight. The top of the barrel is marked in two lines: "MANUFACTURED BY THE WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS CO. / NEW HAVEN. CONN. U.S.A. PATENTED AUGUST 21, 1894." in front of the rear sight with the two line nickel steel marking on the left side below the rear sight. Full length tubular magazine. The upper tang is marked "MODEL 1894 / -WINCHESTER- /TRADE MARK". Blue barrel and magazine, receiver, lever, buttplate and forend cap. Plain straight grip stock and forearm with a checkered shotgun butt. The butt stock has been shortened to a 13 inch pull.

Partially refinished. The barrel retains half of the current thinning finish with high edge wear as well as moderate spotting and surface scratches. The receiver has an artificial mottled brown patina with edge wear and a few casual scratches and dings. The wood is good with pressure dents and dings scattered.
