Manufactured in 1893. Fixed front sight with replaced stet folding rear sight. The barrel address is no longer present. Model designation on the upper tang with serial number and patent information on the lower tang. The left side of the receiver features a saddle ring. Blued finish with replaced smooth oiled walnut straight grip stock and carbine buttplate.

Refinished overall. The gun has been draw filed and has an artificial mottled gray patina with spotting and scratches throughout. The wood is excellent and is a later replacement. Mechanically fine. These are tough to find I n any condition.
