A) Smith & Wesson Fourth Model Double Action 38 Revolver

The fourth model was manufactured from 1895 until 1909. Standard two line address on top of the barrel. Features include fixed sights, a checkered hammer and smooth trigger.

ConditionExcellent with approximately 90% thinning finish with light spotting throughout, excellent casehardening colors on the hammer and trigger, and near new grips.

B) Excellent Smith & Wesson Model 38 Fourth Model Double Action Revolver

Solid rib barrel with round blade front sight pinned in the rib and the rear sight is a notch cut in the raised portion of the barrel latch. Casehardened hammer and trigger. The cylinder, barrel, and frame numbers match.

ConditionVery good with approximately 80% plus thinning finish with small portions of the muzzle and cylinder shiny and the remainder of the metal surfaces turning a light brown patina. The replacement grips are excellent.
