Rare 22 Short Caliber Winchester Model 61 Slide-Action Rifle with Octagon Barrel and Scope

Manufactured in 1946. Blade front and adjustable folding rear sights, small loading port in 3/4 length tube magazine, 17 groove flat bottom slide handle and smooth pistol grip buttstock with checkered steel buttplate. The top flat of the barrel is drilled and tapped for scope mounts, the left upper flat is marked "MODEL 61" and "22 SHORT" with standard Model 61 markings, the right upper flat has the Winchester address and Patents Pending information. Complete with side receiver mounted Tasco 4 power telescopic sight.

ConditionFine with approximately 90% of the original blue finish remaining, very light usage marks. The freshened slide handle and stock are very good, light scuffs and pressure dents. The scope is fine, the optics are clear and sharp.
