Manufactured in 1959, this rifle features a dovetail silver bead front sight with an adjustable sporting rear, 3/4 length magazine tube with the correct 17 groove flat bottom forearm. The left side of the barrel is marked "WINCHESTER/ TRADE MARK/ MADE IN U.S.A" followed by the model designation and caliber markings. The two Winchester proofs are correctly marked at the breach on the barrel and receiver. The buttstock is a smooth pistol grip type with a checkered plastic buttplate marked "WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS CO." in a circle.

Excellent with 99% of the original blue finish remaining and most of the finish loss limited to cycling the action. There is a small area of some light spotting near the barrel markings. The forearm slide handle and buttstock are excellent with some light surface scratches on the left side near the buttplate and light handling marks and a few minor pressure dents overall. Mechanically excellent.
