Machine is mounted on a 15" x 16" wooden base, 25" tall, with wooden side panels and matte black metal rear panel. The color scheme is blue, red and silver on top, silver and black on the bottom, with a 5-coin escalator, thick "MILLS" and "SPECIAL AWARD" marked plates, painted metal payout card and black filled ribbing on either side of the jackpot window. A sign above the payout slot reads "7-7-7/ PAYS GRAND PRIZE/ $10.00", with a similar sign next to the wheels. Key absent.
