Chambered for 3 inch shells choked modified. The right side of the barrel is marked with the standard two line address and patent pending, and the left side is marked with the standard Winchester trade mark, gauge designation and model. Length of pull approximately 13 7/8". Hidden away under the buttplate is a typed document on quality paper left by the original owner stating the gun's model, serial number, gauge and date of purchase as "July 19 -1933", along with the owner's information stating (presumably in case of loss or theft), "Reward Guaranteed by owner".

Rating Definition:

Excellent with approximately 95% slightly faded original finish. There is some minor edge wear and light thinning at the muzzle and underside of the receiver, along with some moderate thinning on the working surfaces of the magazine and on the underside of the barrel just ahead of the magazine (from assembling/disassembling). The stock and slide handle are fine with a few minor pressure dents/scratches and one moderate scratch of approximately 2 inches in length on the right side of the stock, along with three 1/2 inch scratches on the right/underside of the pistol grip. The consignor reports that he periodically wiped the wood down with a sheep's cloth which has given the wood a re-oiled appearance. Mechanically excellent.
