Description:

This was an issue pistol that was later cutaway to show the inner workings of the gun. The frame is dated 1918 and is marked with various British proofs and late serial number. Has a lanyard ring on the butt. The barrel, cylinder and frame serial numbers match. "IHA / JBY / 1" is crossed out on the backstrap. There are two cutouts on the barrel lug (left side and front), a cutout on the left barrel side, two cutouts on the frame and a cutout on the cylinder that exposes two chambers. The grips are absent. Includes two dummy rounds.

Rating Definition:

Very good as modified. The revolver retains approximately 97% original blue finish with gray patina forming on the high edges and some minor spotting. The markings are clear.
