Romania Contract Steyr Model 1911 Semi-Automatic Pistol

This pistol was made by Steyr for the Romanian military and has the standard Romanian crest over 1912 marking on the left side of the slide, along with "STEYR 1914". Matching serial number on the slide and frame. Checkered grips and a lanyard staple on the magazine base.

ConditionExcellent with approximately 95% original blue finish with wear on the edges and high spots with thinning on the grip straps. The grips are fine with some minor dings and have a light coat of varnish added. Overall the checkering is very good.
