Description:

Produced under license for the Argentine Air Force. The slide is marked on the left with "D.G.F.M.- (F.M.A.P.)", and the right side is marked with the Argentine Air Force Crest next to "AERONAUTICA ARGENTINA/ SIST. COLT, CAL. 11.25mm. MOD. 1927". A double set of numbers is on the slide and receiver, with the first number, "70179) being the serial number and the second (2534) being an Air Force property number. Full blue barrel, unproofed and unnumbered. Import marked behind the magazine catch. With checkered slide stop and thumb safety, arched checkered mainspring housing with lanyard staple, checkered trigger, wide hammer with checkered spur, and long grip safety. It has later style brown checkered plastic grips and a parkerized magazine.

Rating Definition:

Arsenal refurbished with approximately 80% of the dull parkerized finish remaining. A bright gray patina is forming along the high edges, front strap and grip safety, with some pitting visible under the surface. Grips are very good, with moderate wear. These pistols saw heavy use in humid climate and are difficult to find in this condition Mechanically fine.
