Polished bead front and folding notch rear sights, with a set of claw mount bases at the rear, "Merkel-Suhl" in an oval panel on the rib and Nitro proofs on the underside of the chambers. Extra full chokes, with 2 3/4" chambers and extractor. Near full coverage engraving on the frame, with a scene of stag in the woods on the left side, a dog pointing birds on the right, "SCHROT" and "KUGEL" marked selector switch on top with indicator pins, side mounted Greener safety, single set front trigger and horn trigger guard. Checkered round knob grip stock with engraved cartridge trap, sling swivels, raised shadow-line cheekpiece and a serrated horn buttplate.

Very good as partially refurbished, with 85% of the current blue finish on the barrels, showing areas of light brown and gray patina, scratches along the underside and scattered handling marks. The frame shows a smooth satin gray color overall, with bright color remaining in the protected areas. Stock is very good, with cracking and chipping of the buttplate, light cracks at the wrist, and minor pressure dents overall. Rifle trigger doews not function, shotgun components are very good.
