The safety has been altered; the firing pin block is functional, but the trigger and hammer are not decocked or disabled when the safety is engaged. Ribbed plastic grips. With an English Firearm Certificate, issued 3 April 1967 to a D.V. Brown, Airman Third Class, USAF. Though listed as a Walther P-38, the serial number matches this pistol.
