Manufactured in 1929. Standard two-line Colt Hartford address/patent barrel marking with "OFFICIAL / POLICE" flanked by "COLT" and "38" on the left side. Rampant Colt on the left side of the frame. Fitted with checkered grips with silver Colt medallions. Complete with the correct Colt black box.

Excellent. The revolver retains 97% original blue finish with some minor muzzle wear and some minor thinning on the gripstraps, with some scattered mild scratches and a noticeable cylinder drag line. The grips are also excellent with a few minor handling marks and crisp checkering. The box is fine with some scattered minor edge wear.
