This Romanian contract pistol is identical to the Model 1934 with the following slide legend: "P. BERETTA-CAL. 9 SCURT-Mo 1934-BREVET. / GARDONE V.T.-1941". The left grip tang is stamped with 1941 dated Italian commercial proofs. Matching serial number on slide and frame. Fitted with standard "PB" emblem grips.

Excellent. The slide retains 95% original blue finish taking on a purple hue with some minor edge wear and limited minor pitting. The frame retains 97% original blue finish with a faint plum patina and some mild thinning on the grip straps. The grips are excellent with some minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent.

Standard Nazi occupation Beretta slide legend with the date "1944". The left side of the grip tang has a Brescia crown/lion proof, with a boxed "MA" on the trigger guard (right side). Standard "PB" emblem plastic grips. Matching serial number on slide and frame. Beretta records state that Model 1934 pistols with the AA suffix serial number were produced for the German occupation forces.

Excellent. The pistol retains over 95% original high polished blue finish with a faint plum patina and some minor edge wear (mostly on the slide). There is limited pin point pitting on the slide. Mechanically excellent. The magazine base pin is absent.
