The chamber is marked "THURINGEN / DAS GRUNE HERZ / DEUTSCHLAND" over "KAUFT THURINGENS / WERTERZEUGNISSE" in two banners. Blade and tangent sights, with caliber marking on the barrel, "crown/ letter" proofs, and "Deutsches Sportmodell" on the right side of the receiver and "WAFFENFABRIK HERM. WEIHRAUCH / ZELLA-MEHLIS THUR." on the left side. Smooth straight grip stock, with a flat buttplate and a brown leather sling. A metal muzzle cover is included.

Fine as period refinished. The rifle retains over 95% period refinished blue finish showing some thinning to a brown patina with some scattered minor pitting. There are two filler screws present on right side of receiver that once most likely was a receiver sight. The wood is very good with some scattered minor scratches and pressure marks. Mechanically excellent.
