Bore Condition: The bore is darkened with pitting and softened rifling.
Description:

The included factory letter lists this revolver as having a 4 3/4 inch barrel chambered in .32/20 with blue finish, and grips not listed when shipped to A. Baldwin and Company in New Orleans, Louisiana on November 15, 1904. The letter further states that the revolver was returned to the factory on October 2, 1906, and later shipped to Belknap Hardware and Manufacturing Company in Louisville, Kentucky on November 23, 1906 in a shipment of 2 guns. The gun wears an attractively carved set of ivory grip with an Asiatic dragon motif. Provenance: The Charles Marx Collection

Rating Definition:

Fair with traces of original finish with the balance a brown and grey patina, and scattered pitting. Grips are very good with crisp carving and hairline age lines on the butt. Mechanically excellent.
