Manufactured in 1983. With a Colt "wood grain" box with Detective Special label (illegible serial number).

Excellent, original finish, showing minor spotting and handling marks. Grips are very good, with sharp checkering. Cylinder fails to consistently advance on one chamber, otherwise mechanically very good. Box is rough.
