This is one of only around 600 manufactured c. 1861-1862 by J. Henry & Son. They are believed to have been made for Pennsylvania's troops. Provenance: The F. W. Roebling III Collection; Private Collection

Good with a smooth grey patina, wear, and an attractive aged coloration on the brass. Stock is fair with a softened chip at the rear of the lock, and a few cracks.
