Likely manufactured in the mid 19th century, possibly in Belgium. "XXIII" marked on the underside of the barrels, with no maker's marks or proof marks.

Fair as refinished, with pitting, wear, and an overcoat of varnish on the metal. Grip is fair, with minor scuffs and dings. Mechanically functions.
