Bore Condition: The barrel is mostly bright with strong rifling and light oxidation/pitting.
Description:

Manufactured c. 1941. The receiver ring is marked with a "dot" code, "1941" date marked, and "eagle/swastika" proof. Non-matching numbered "N5" bolt. Fitted with a laminate birch handguard and a un-numbered laminate birch stock with distinctive left side added steel plate on the butt. The cleaning rod is absent.

Rating Definition:

Very good, retaining some of the original finish on the receiver with some light edge wear, mild cycling wear on the plum colored bolt, thinning on the balance with grey and smooth brown patinas, light pitting on the cleaned buttplate, oxidation on the lower band, and scattered light handling wear. The stock is very good as sanded and re-oiled with scattered minor handling marks and staining. Mechanically excellent.
