This is one of about 5,000 of these highly desirable Gutta Percha cases made by Littlefield and Parsons. This is the variant known as "Stand of Flags" due to the flags on the exterior lid. The case is line with purple velvet and has the cartridge block.

Very good, a few smaller chips along the edges, a small crack in the lid at the edge, a few small chips on the cartridge block, and some staining on the lining.
