One of 300 issued by the American Historical Foundation, built around a World War II vintage "480" and "eagle/359" marked frame, with gold accents and oak leaf engraving.

Very good as assembled, refinished and embellished, with some covered pitting and minor handling marks on the metal and wood. Mechanically excellent.
