Manufactured in 1919, this carbine appears to have been special ordered with a 2/3 length magazine and a shotgun buttplate. It has standard markings overall including factory oval proofs on the barrel and receiver at the breech. It is fitted with a pinned Lyman beaded blade front sight, elevation adjustable Marble's notch rear sight, and a filler screw in place of the removed saddle ring stud. It is mounted with a smooth forearm and straight grip stock with a checkered hard rubber shotgun buttplate.

Very good, retaining much of the refinished blue with some polishing marks and light pitting visible beneath the finish. The refinished wood is also very good with a couple hairline cracks and otherwise light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
