Manufactured in 1918. The number 4 barrel hand cut on the left with "Custom Made by Morgan Holmes at Montvale N.J." The underside of the barrel is marked "LOVELL .22 3000". Rear sight dovetail filler block installed between a pair of scope mounts. The rear tang is fitted with a Marble peep sight. With forend mounted palm rest.

Very good as refinished with some light wear, and a few tiny patches of light surface oxidation on the barrel near the front sight. Wood is very fine with some minor dings and crisp checkering. Mechanically functions.
