Manufactured c. 1861-1865. Barrel has a rawhide wrap from just behind the front barrel band to just ahead of the empty rear sight dovetail. Left stock flat has an illegible cartouche.

Fair overall with a dark brown patina, scattered wear, and some oxidation and pitting. Stock is very good with wear. Mechanically needs work as the hammer does not reach full cock.
