Description:

Manufactured in 1967 as dated on the left of the frame. Matching visible numbers marked on the left of the frame, slide, and thumb safety, with the replacement magazine non-matching numbered "6146" above "1" on the spine. The transliterated original serial number is "LI6003". Fitted with blade and notch sights and a pair of maroon plastic grips with five point stars on each side. No visible import markings, indicating this 1967 production example is possibly a Vietnam War bringback, although it has no accompanying bringback paperwork.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, retains 85% plus original blue finish with some patches of light pitting at the front half of the slide indicative of some light jungle use, and some light holster pattern leading edge wear. Grips are excellent, with a few minor handling marks and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
