Manufactured in 2003 by Springfield Armory Inc. of Geneseo, Illinois, with a modern investment cast receiver and surplus USGI components, with "SPRINGFIELD GENESEO 30-06" marked barrel, "H.R.A./U.W. 058" bolt, relief-cut " 9 SA" flat-side operating rod, and "-14-SA" trigger housing with unmarked hammer and milled trigger guard. Fitted with a pair of reproduction walnut handguards and stock. Includes a matching numbered Springfield Armory Inc. certificate of authenticity dated "8/27/03", manuals, a boxed S.W.I. reproduction M4 bayonet and M8 scabbard, and a boxed S.W.I. reproduction M1905 pattern bayonet and M3 scabbard.

Excellent, retaining most of the original finish with some limited minor patches of pitting and minor handling marks under the finish of the surplus components, some minor cycling wear, and carbon residue on the gas cylinder. The stock is exceptionally fine with a few light scrapes. Mechanically excellent. The bayonets are excellent.
