Built around a receiver originally manufactured in 1939, this Luger pistol was embellished as part of a 500 piece limited series by the American Historical Foundation. Oak leaf engraved, with an etched and gold bordered iron cross on the sideplate, "C062" on the frontstrap, and gold washed small parts.

Very good as embellished, assembled and refinished, with mild handling marks overall, good detail in the engraving, and undersized grips. Sear and trigger do not consistently reengage, otherwise mechanically very good.
