Per the Madis serial number data published by Winchester, this rifle is legally an antique. The Winchester Collectors Association indicates the rifle was manufactured in 1899.

Very good overall with original finish, mild wear, and some oxidaiton/pitting. Stock cracked at the toe. Mechanically functions.
