Manufactured c. 1917-1919. Barrel is marked "E/flaming bomb/9-18", receiver and bolt handle marked with the flaming bomb insignia, and stock is stamped "1U" on the underside of the wrist. Fitted with leather sling.

Very good as refinished, with much of the blue finish and a grey patina on the balance, isolated oxidation on the front sight and moderate wear throughout. Re-oiled stock is very fine with minor chips and dings. Mechanically functions.
