Overall measurements and design are consistent with the Party Leader Holster, albeit constructed from a hard orange plastic with the Nazi eagle, stamped into the flap and no visible makers marks. Would go well with a Party Leader PPK, especially a late war model.

Fine. Cracks and tears have developed on the seams, and the tie-down has been tape repaired. Stitching is strong and tight.
