A) Dutch Hembrug Model 95 Bolt Action Carbine with Bayonet

Description:

Left receiver wall is marked "HEMBRUG 1915". Matching numbers on receiver, barrel, bolt assembly, barrel band, and magazine. Rear sight is graduated to 2000 meters. Buttstock is stamped with a 1939 dated Hembrug logo. Complete with a bayonet marked "HEMBRUG", numbered "8844U", with leather scabbard and frog marked "4781 / NN / 955 / NN".

Rating Definition:

Fine. The barrel and band retain 70% original blue finish with the balance a smooth brown patina. The receiver and magazine have a smooth brown-gray patina with a patch of deep pitting on the right side of the receiver ring. The stock is fine with filled wood repairs on the underside of the forearm and buttstock, along with a couple minor dents and some minor dings and pressure marks. Bayonet is very fine, retaining most of the original blue finish with the balance a smooth gray patina. Scabbard and frog are good with broken strap and minor flex wear with flaking and missing tip.

Rating Definition:

Very fine. The rifle retains 90% original blue finish with even mild pitting on the receiver, floor plate, and bands. Very fine stock with a few minor handling marks with the stock disc missing. Mechanically excellent.
