The slide is marked with the German occupation legend ("P. BERETTA-Cal. 7.65 Brevetta / Gardone V.T. 1944"). The left grip tang has the "4 / UT" German acceptance quality control marking. Matching serial number on slide and frame. Standard plastic "PB" emblem grips.

Excellent. The pistol retains 98% plus of the original phosphate finish with a few minor scratches and extremely limited edge wear. The grips are excellent with the exception of a few minor handling marks. Trigger is slow to reset, otherwise action is excellent.

Interestingly, this pistol appears unfinished (metal-wise) is marked without a serial number (reason unknown at time of writing description). Grip tangs are unmarked. Fitted with metal backed plastic grips with "PB" emblem.

Very fine. The pistol retains 95% original blue finish. The frame has a faint plum patina and some minor thinning on the grip straps. The grips are excellent with some scattered minor scratches and a couple minor dings. Mechanically excellent.
